TECFORCE 3000 - Palletization system

The robot controlled palletizer offers the advantage of working in extremly small spaces. The robot consist of a gripper that picks-up the boxes, suction cups that pick-up the in-between sheet of cardboard and pick-up device of the empty pallet. The whole process has a high productive rate of over 7 cycles per minute, plus the path movements are optimised.
